How long does it take for what I ordered to arrive?

Orders are shipped pretty much immediately. We ship all of our gear from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Once we get your order we process it right then and there and send you an email when it ships.

Uh oh! I didn’t enter my shipping address correctly. How can I fix this?

Get in touch with us via email to store@namecheap.com. If we have shipped your order already, we’ll work on getting exactly what you wanted as fast as we can.

I don’t live in the United States. What kind of taxes will I get on my purchase?

We suggest that you look into this at the closest governing authority. A quick google search will do the trick.

From what we know since we took a look last:

  • UK: Taxes on anything over £15
  • Canada: Flat $5 handling for USPS shipments
  • Brazil: Any purchases over $50 (including delivery) has a tariff and customs which could double the total cost. Pro-tip: Buy a few items at a time, pay more for shipping, and avoid the extra costs that come with purchases over $50.

What’s your refund/exchange policy?
We’ll happily issue a refund if you order the wrong size, wrong shirt, defective product, etc. Make sure it’s unworn, unwashed, and within 15 days of delivery to receive your refund. For exchanges, just send us your shirt and note the problem.
